From the beginning of the building process David listened and altered floor plans to incorporate what I wanted. No hassle in changing any plans. Picking the items I wanted in the house and the building process all went to schedule. Any alterations I wanted during the building process Jesse and his team had no problems with. If I build another house would definitely go through them again.

Before beginning, we were told so many horror stories about how stressful the building process could be. From the moment we walked into the display home we were greeted with professionalism, understanding, patience and a sense of humour that made everything seem easy! Dave and Jesse listened to our needs and were able to design a custom plan for our dream home, taking into account the specific needs of our block of land and location. Dave had many creative and logical ideas and we were able to make any changes to ensure our floor plan was perfect.
During the build we were very impressed with the level of communication and updates on the progress of our house. Each time we visited the site it was organised and neat. It was easy to see that each member of the team took great pride in their work as the quality of their craftsmanship was very high.
