HOMEBUILDER & REGIONAL HOME BUILDING BOOST GRANTS

The $25,000 Federal Government HomeBuilder and the $5000 State Government Regional Home Building Boost Grants are an exciting stimulus for our local construction industry.

If you’re a first home buyer you are also eligible to receive the $15,000 State Government First Home Owners’ Grant. In addition, you are exempt from having to pay Stamp Duty on the land purchase as always was the case.

This is certainly something we haven’t seen the likes of in a very long time.
